We chose RentYourCar because of the great offer they had on a compact SUV. It was the same price as an economy small car in comparison to other car rental companies on the Faroe Islands. Pick up and drop off took less than 5 minutes…

Excellent infrastructure
The infrastructure is excellent with most of our 18 islands being connected by tunnels, sub-sea tunnels, or ferries. Our infrastructure continues improving with the current project being a sub-sea tunnel that will be connecting the islands of Streymoy and Sandoy.
In 2020 a sub-sea tunnel was constructed which connected Tórshavn, Strendur, and Runavík. It is currently the only sub-sea tunnel in the world with a roundabout under the sea.
